How to return

Item(s) must be returned in original condition. Please inform us the reason for dissatisfaction from your eBay item via “contact seller” link. Damaged item(s) will not be accepted. For USA customers ,please ship it via USPS first class mail with required shipping insurance. Other International customers, please ship via Registered Mail only. The refund process will take 3-5 business days. Shipping and insurance charges are non - refundable.

Other Important Note

Weight and size of gemstone may still vary slightly from piece to piece due to difference in Calibration of weighing and measuring scales.Colour may not appear exactly as in real life due to variation between computer monitor resolution and lights.
